The Camden Development Platform is a joint venture established with Camden Property Trust to develop multi-family communities. Onex Real Estate currently has three projects within this platform:
Camden College Park – a 508-unit apartment community located in College Park, Maryland.
Camden Main & Jamboree – a 290-unit apartment community with 7,500 square feet of ground-floor retail space located in Irvine, California.
Camden Plaza – a 271-unit apartment community located in Houston, Texas.
