Pinnacle Renewable Energy Group (“Pinnacle”) currently operates six plants in the interior of British Columbia and supplies over one million tonnes of pellets annually making it one of the largest providers of wood pellets in the world. Wood pellets Pinnacle produces are primarily used by European and Asian utilities to co-fire with coal or to burn in dedicated biomass facilities in order to meet their renewable energy targets.
